Roles And Responsibilities
- Manage student issues
- Monitor emails
- Scheduling of classes and classroom space
- Ensuring classroom success and efficiency
- Ensure the safety of instructors and students
- Document all incidents and disciplinary actions inside Populi
- Ensure the security of student information and FERPA is being maintained
- Request necessary maintenance to Campus Affairs
- Report software issues to Information Technology (I.T.)
- Make necessary adjustments in Canvas when the instructor team presents instructional design issues
- Delegate and coordinate duties for all instructors
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the program
- Supervise, train, coach, recognize, evaluate, and recommend dismissal of instructors as needed
- Ensure classrooms and administrative offices are kept orderly and clean
- Maintain strong communication with instructors and leadership
- Communicate policy and information to instructors
- Greet staff at the beginning of each shift
- Verify orders on Asset Tiger (DFVP)
- Request equipment from the Director
- Review instructor-provided class notes within the Populi Class Calendar
- Following up on students failing
- Attend staff meetings
- Formal education in a relevant field with a credential from an accredited institution (preferred)
- 5 years of teaching experience
- 2 years of management experience
- 5 years of field-related experience
- Expert Level Software Proficiency in Relevant Program Software
- Experienced with Curriculum Design
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3-5 years experience or a diploma in higher education
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to physically access and navigate each department at our facility.

- Strong passion for providing incredible service to our prospects
- Able to work independently, but understands the value of a team
- High work ethic and standards of excellence
- Exceptional understanding of people in a telephone environment
