GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
Perform analysis of financial condition of borrowers, to include cash flows and global cash flows. Perform financial analysis on the Bank's vendors and securities. Assist Loan Officers and Loan Operations Department.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Help gather information, assemble spreadsheets, write reports, narratives on customers and prospects.
- Conduct financial analysis on borrowers to include global cash flow.
- Assist the Asset Liability Committee (ALCO) in the analysis of securities.
- Analyze and prepare a narrative to summarize the financial condition of FABT's vendors.
- Create and maintain reports as requested by Senior Lending Manager and other senior lenders.
- Monitor tracking of financial statements, tax returns, accounts receivable agings and other documents such as Rent Rolls. May be asked to contact customers for updated information.
- Check customer compliance with loan agreements.
- Assist Loan Officers with commercial loans. May include preparing new loan and renewal authorizations, writing credit memos, collateral inspections and other risk management tasks.
- Review mortgage release documents and denials.
- Assist Loan Officers with collateral inspections.
- Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
