We serve the residential and commercial sectors, including America’s top retail and e-commerce partners, to-the-trade clients and specifiers.
Currently we are looking for a Customer Relations Specialist to join our team.
The role’s primary responsibilities will include:
- Support all aspects of our Customer Relations Department, including but not limited to: Call Team Management (manage incoming calls and inquiries from current & potential customers regarding product specific information), Order Entry Management (understand detailed product information & configuration, pricing, EDI and related software to ensure data integrity) and Order Management (understand and manage relationships with existing customers & sales representatives).
- Provide administrative support throughout the department with the ability to shift priorities quickly based on the needs, changes and overall growth of the department and organization.
- Continuously gain knowledge and seek learning opportunities to continue the development of one’s critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Foster positive interactions, experiences and on-going customer relations with internal and external customers.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5-7 years of prior experience with customer relations and/or account management.
- Industry experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment.
- Self-starter with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
