We are seeking an experienced Treasury Sales Officer to join our Business Services team in Downtown Orlando. This role is responsible for managing and expanding relationships with members within the credit union's business portfolio. This is achieved through prospecting for new business, managing risk related to fraud prevention, and ensuring the seamless implementation of services. This role combines member relationship management, treasury sales and support, business development, and risk management. Salary starts at $80,000 and is based on experience.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Maintain and build deposits and services per member within treasury portfolio
- Serve as primary contact for members within treasury portfolio
- Utilize consultative selling techniques to cross sell treasury services including treasury solutions as well as partner solutions
- Proactively prospect new business members
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline through outreach, networking, and referrals
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations for prospective members
- Lead implementation for business members
- Assist members in understanding and mitigating risk related to fraud prevention, security, and compliance
- Identify fraudulent activity to prevent loss
- Ensure BSA/AML/OFAC compliance
Required Experience:
- 2 years of cash management or related sales experience
- Banking/Credit Union experience highly preferred
