Duties
- Manage daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Coordinate and supervise the work of subcontractors and laborers to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Utilize software such as MS Outlook and MS Excel
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise promptly.
- Collaborate with project managers to provide updates on project status, challenges, and resource needs.
- Implement effective communication strategies among team members to foster a productive work environment.
- Utilize tools such as Ohmmeter for electrical testing when necessary to ensure compliance with specifications.
Experience
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry is essential.
- Familiarity with construction estimating processes and techniques is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling methodologies and tools, particularly Primavera.
- Experience managing construction sites with a focus on pipeline projects is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using software applications MS Outlook and MS Excel
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
