Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Provide outstanding service by assisting customers with purchases, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Financial Transactions: Process and oversee the sale of lottery tickets, money orders, and other customer transactions.
• Cash Handling: Count down employee registers to ensure accuracy and accountability.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate staff to achieve excellent performance and maintain high morale.
• Operational Oversight: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining smooth store operations.
• Training and Development: Train new hires and provide ongoing coaching to enhance team skills and service quality.
• Inventory Support: Collaborate with the management team to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and addressing areas for improvement.
• Store Presentation: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail service or a similar role.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle financial transactions with precision and integrity.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Experience supervising and training staff in a retail setting.
