What You’ll Do
As a Customer Experience Service Advisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience while supporting the efficiency of our service team. Your key responsibilities will include :
Deliver Exceptional Customer Service : Greet customers warmly, actively listen to their concerns, and provide tailored recommendations.
Facilitate Communication : Act as the bridge between customers and technicians, ensuring clear, timely updates.
Coordinate Workflow : Schedule service appointments and manage service progress to minimize downtime and maximize customer satisfaction.
Prepare Estimates : Provide accurate and transparent service estimates, helping customers make informed decisions.
Stay Knowledgeable : Stay current with industry trends and technologies to better serve our customers.
