About This Role:
Tria Federal (Tria) is seeking a talentedUser Transition Manager to support the Defense Intelligence Agency’s CI/HUMINT Coordination Community Program Officer (C3PO)

Responsibilities:
  • Develop transition plan to assist the migration of the user community off legacy applications
  • Develop timelines and user groups to be affected as well as the schedule for CIO to implement moving data between legacy and future systems
  • Support PMO, Requirements Manager, and Business Intelligence Lead
The “Need-to-Have” Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience as a Staff Officer
  • Ability quickly learn Directorate for Operations applications and systems to provide support to the user community
  • Experience developing training plans and transition plans
Professional Certifications:N/AEducation:Bachelor’s DegreeClearance:Active TS/SCI Clearance w/ CI PolyYears of Professional Experience:3 years of relevant subject matter experience, or specialized training and 5-7 years’ of subject matter experience.
“Nice-to-Have” Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience with Full Stack Development
  • Experience with Software/Application development/engineering
  • Experience with light weight front end development
