Job Overview:
Fazzio Interiors Inc. is looking for an Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office skills. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting Office Manager with a wide range of duties from entering receipts in Quickbooks to updating social media and website as needed.
Duties:
- Provide exceptional administrative support, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
- Organizing receipts from our 3 retail stores and prepare for entering into Quickbooks.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Good communication skills among team members.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the office's operations, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant or Bookkeeper is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Quickbooks is a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field is an asset.
