About The Role:
As the Director of Sales, Digital Commerce at Feastables, you will lead our efforts in shaping and optimizing sales across key digital platforms, including Amazon, TikTok, Doordash, and emerging digital commerce channels. You’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing digital sales strategies, and delivering an engaging and impactful experience for our online customers.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for digital commerce platforms, including Amazon, TikTok, Doordash, and emerging eCommerce channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with platform account managers to secure opportunities for growth and visibility
- Optimize Feastables’ presence on Amazon, including managing the seller/retail relationship, pricing, advertising, and product listings to maximize sales performance
- Drive TikTok Shop and other social commerce initiatives, leveraging platform trends, creator partnerships, and content-driven strategies to grow sales
- Analyze performance metrics, sales data, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize channel strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure fulfillment, logistics, and inventory needs are met for digital commerce partners.
- Stay ahead of eCommerce trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to maintain Feastables’ competitive edge in the digital space
Recipe For Success:
- 8 years of experience in sales within the eCommerce or digital commerce space, with a proven track record of driving growth across platforms like Amazon, TikTok Shop, or similar
- Proven success in launching and scaling digital commerce initiatives, particularly on TikTok or similar social commerce platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of leveraging data to drive decisions and optimize performance
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for digital innovation and driving growth in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with the creator economy and an understanding of how to leverage social media and influencer partnerships for digital sales
- Passion for Feastables’ mission and a genuine interest in building an iconic brand
