Duties
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and discussions with management and staff.
- Design and develop training materials, including manuals, online courses, and multimedia presentations.
- Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to deliver training programs and track employee progress.
- Implement performance management strategies to evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of training programs with business objectives.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate employees on new processes or systems.
- Support succession planning efforts by identifying talent management opportunities within the organization.
- Utilize tools such as SharePoint and Salesforce to enhance training delivery and documentation.
- Continuously evaluate and improve training programs based on feedback and performance metrics.
Skills
- Required skills and experience:
- 3-years’ experience as a Training and Transition Analyst.
In addition, the ideal candidate will have skills and experience in:
- Excellent presentation development and delivery skill
- Proficient with Microsoft Teams or similar collaborative tools
- Experience developing training plans and materials.
- Experience managing a COTS or SAS solution provider in the development of training plans and materials.
- Experience with Benefits Management Systems preferred.
