About the Role:
As a 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician, you will:
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment, including mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Respond promptly to repair requests, minimizing downtime and ensuring smooth operations.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following safety protocols and company standards.
- Document maintenance activities and communicate effectively with team members to coordinate repairs.
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and reliability.
Who We're Looking For:
We’re seeking a skilled technician who takes pride in keeping equipment running smoothly.
Qualifications include:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (an associate’s degree in a related field is a plus).
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems; welding experience is a plus!
- A commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
