- Analyze customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate as necessary.
- Maintain professionalism with excellent phone etiquette while communicating with clients.

- Stay informed about company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
- Greet patients at check-in, collect payment.
