This is an administrative position for a real estate office supporting real estate agents in our Macon residential sales office.
Primary Responsibilities
· Prepare promotional marketing materials for print, email, and social media posting.
· Input, enhance, and update listings in multiple website-based listing systems.
· Processing real estate transactions using our accounting software.
· Greeting visitors upon entry to the office.
· Managing customer automated drip email system.
· Undertake daily tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of our listing/sales activities, billing, and relocation through various office systems.
· Answer incoming calls on multi-line telephone system.
· Maintain positive and ongoing communications with Sales Associates
· Provide backup support for the support team and assist with other office duties as assigned.
· Organize and maintain electronic and paper records.
· Assist in managing social media/marketing content via Canva, Adobe, Office etc. and social media sites.
Requirements/Qualifications
· Personable, professional dress, articulate, and creative with strong initiative.
· Basic marketing knowledge including design and social media are a plus.
· Proven experience of office functions and administration.
· Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
· Developed communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong computer skills are a must with the ability to troubleshoot and assist agents with computer issues.
· Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and social media platforms. Some experience with Canva and Constant Contact desired.
· 1 year experience in office administration and/or real estate setting preferred.
Salary : $30,000 - $40,000
