We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the Property Manager in managing our properties, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation. **Duties:**
- Manage administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
- Utilize property management software, including Yardi and OneSite, to track and analyze occupancy, rent, and other key metrics.
- Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Maintain a high level of customer service, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and conflict management skills.
- Assist with property leasing and marketing efforts, ensuring properties are well-promoted and leased in a timely manner.
- Prepare and present reports to the Property Manager and other stakeholders, highlighting property performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Perform other administrative and property management duties as assigned.
**Experience:**
- A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in property management, preferably with a focus on administrative and leasing roles.
- Proven experience with property management software, including Yardi and OneSite.
- Strong background in administrative tasks, including data entry and customer service.
- Familiarity with legal administrative tasks, such as lease agreements and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Experience in conflict management and tenant relations is highly desirable.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
