Job Description:
The Role
The Business Intelligence group is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the operational and analytical capability for FI. The data infrastructure is going through significant growth, and this is an opportunity to take a contributing role in shaping FI data and MDM capability in this area. The selected candidate will lead data initiatives for the FI Business Intelligence. These CRM initiatives will involve downstream application enablement & support. The work involves gathering requirements, data analysis, solution design, production rollout and support activities in MDM and Snowflake.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technology related field like Computer Science or Engineering with 12 years of experience.
Ability to gather requirements and do data analysis for CRM initiatives, API development.
Owning the team towards developing the detailed design structure after understanding the requirements and the design
Ability to perform independent functional and technical analysis for major projects
Experience in Agile methodologies (Kanban and SCRUM) is a plus
Communicate and work effectively with squad members and business users.
Ability to formulate and articulate/present data findings to business/technology stakeholders
Hands on experience with IBM InfoSphere MDM AE with PME – version 11 or high
Working knowledge on IBM RDM
Experience working with WebSphere
Core Java and web services (SOAP and REST)
XML, Python, Informatica workflow knowledge
Hands on with LINUX RHEL servers including scripting, server management
Platform set up, monitoring, logging and infrastructure support (clustering, load balancing using F5 load balancers)
PLSQL /SQL scripting
The Team
This team is responsible for designing, building and maintaining Business Intelligence capability for Fidelity Institutional. In this role, you are responsible for partnering with the various business groups and the centralized support groups to capture business and system requirements and deliver technology/data solutions.
