Learning and Development Specialist

Job Summary:

We seek a motivated and organized Learning and Development Specialist to join our Fiesta Insurance Franchise Corporation team. This role is vital in enhancing our training programs and supporting our franchisees' growth through effective learning initiatives. In this role, you will enhance the skills of the franchise’s sales professionals through the use of multiple resources. (Audio, printed material, video, web/exe, etc.)

Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively develop course content and materials as well as facilitators’ and participants’ guides as applicable

• Professionally create presentations to be used in training programs

• Effectively develop and document appropriate delivery methods to be used by trainers

• Design lesson objectives, instructional strategies, delivery media, and assessment for franchisee programs as appropriate

• Provide weekly status reports to include planned and unplanned tasks started and completed

• Promptly notify management when risks are identified and make necessary adjustments

complete tasks on target

• Collaborate with leadership teams and internal stakeholders

• Participate and present in management meetings

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• 1-2 years of experience in related fields (training, education, etc

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously

• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both internally and externally

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Confidentiality and integrity while handling sensitive information

• Create engaging and informative presentations to enhance learning experiences.

• Ensure training materials remain current and relevant by routinely updating content.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
