- Estate Planning and Succession Planning skills
- Experience in Estate Law and Probate
- Knowledge of Estate Administration processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- License to practice law in California
