Position: Electronic Banking Specialist
Branch: Ketchikan Financial Center
Description: Electronic Banking is looking for a motivated individual to join their team. This role provides customer service and support to consumer and business customers and bank staff. The candidate must have excellent customer service skills and be familiar with common electronic banking services such as online banking, mobile banking, bill pay, person to person payments, ATM, Debit cards and other products.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of operational experience
- Proficient computer skills
- Experience with Windows, MS Word, and Excel
