- Develop, optimize, and maintain induction heat treat and tempering processes for high-precision automotive components.
- Design and implement heat treat recipes to achieve desired material properties and meet stringent customer requirements.
- Troubleshoot and improve induction coil designs, machine setups, and operational efficiency.
- Analyze workflow, workforce utilization, and equipment layouts to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
- Lead cost reduction initiatives and process improvements to enhance overall operational performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Manufacturing and Quality, to meet production goals for cost, quality, and delivery.
- Utilize CAD software (AutoCAD, Inventor, SolidWorks) and apply 3D modeling expertise to innovate tooling and equipment designs.
