What You’ll Do :
- Develop, implement, and optimize turning and machining processes to ensure precision, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production challenges related to CNC lathes, machining centers, and related equipment.
- Design and adjust tooling setups to meet product specifications and quality standards.
- Analyze workflow, machine utilization, and process layouts to improve productivity and reduce cycle times.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance process capabilities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support the launch of new products by developing and validating turning processes and equipment.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address quality or performance issues.
