Site Lead/Academics and Schedule Management - MISTC East (Contingent)

Contingent upon contract award.

Location: Camp Johnson, NC

First Division Consulting is seeking a qualified candidate to serve as the primary Lead at MISTC East, managing academic programs and schedules to ensure Marine Corps personnel receive effective and timely training.

The contractor shall perform the following task(s):

• Oversee the planning and execution of training schedules
• Manage training staff and ensure all courses meet Marine Corps standards
• Act as the primary liaison between MISTC East and Marine Corps leadership
  
  
  

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance required
• Experience in academic scheduling and program management
• Proven leadership and organizational skills
• Must be a US citizen
  
  
  

Physical Requirements:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work
• Light to moderate lifting may be required
• Regular, predictable attendance is required; including quarter-driven hours as business demands dictate
