Duties
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing them to appropriate personnel as needed.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, including maintaining client records and scheduling appointments.
- Utilize QuickBooks for invoicing and basic financial management tasks.
- Oversee calendar management for appointments, meetings, and events to ensure optimal scheduling.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and readily available.
- Assist with office management duties as required, including ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment.
- Handle customer service inquiries with professionalism, addressing concerns or directing them to the appropriate department.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a receptionist or clerical role is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Familiarity with calendar management tools is an asset.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
