**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and management of our properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases, and maintaining and securing premises.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage all aspects of assigned properties
- Advertise available units, conduct tours, and screen potential tenants
- Negotiate lease agreements and collect rental payments
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors
- Enforce property rules and regulations
- Address tenant concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Prepare financial reports and budgets
**Experience:**
- Customer relationship management
- Knowledge of LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) program
- Knowledge of Section 8 program
- Proficiency in Yardi or similar property management software
- Property maintenance knowledge
- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent phone etiquette
