Seeking a reliable and experienced Property Manager who is focused on customer service to join our team at our beautiful property in Canton, MI. The Property Manager is responsible daily keeping the property maintained in accordance with Company standards.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of Property Management experience.
- Experience with Yardi Voyager, CRM Flex, and Rent Cafe.
- Must be detail oriented and organized.
- Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Understanding of financial reporting for budget development and expense documentation.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to effectively manage multiple properties and tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with tenants, vendors, and team members.
- Proficiency in using computer software programs for data entry and record keeping.
- Knowledge of property management principles and practices.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in contract negotiations, maintenance scheduling, and record keeping.
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and phone etiquette when interacting with tenants and other stakeholders.
Job Type: Full-time
