Universal Teller - Member Relationship Specialist

About the Position

As a Member Relationship Specialist, you will focus on building long-term relationships with our members to understand their financial needs and provide a full range of products and services to serve their banking needs. Our Member Relationship Specialist are responsible for presenting and explaining credit union products and services to members and assisting them to utilize these products and services. This position requires the ability to communicate effectively with prospective and current members as well as representing the credit union and its products in a positive and professional manner. Under supervision, and in accordance with existing procedures and systems, provides a variety of member service functions involving selling & cross-selling of products and services.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma, Associates degree in Business or related field preferred. Work experience will be considered in lieu of formal education.
• Experience in the use of PCs, calculators, and other office equipment.
• Customer Service and Sales Experience - 2 years
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to work the hours necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of the position.
• Spanish Speaking is a plus.
• Detail oriented.
