Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Ag Loan Officer at First State Bank Southwest in Edgerton, MN. The Ag Loan Officer will be responsible for reviewing loan applications, assessing creditworthiness, underwriting loans, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a loan portfolio and generating loan opportunities through business development.
Qualifications
- Experience in the ag industry is preferred
- Prior lending or finance experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
- Actively involved in the community
