We are currently seeking a highly motivated, adaptable In-Home Sales Representative to join our rapidly growing team! We have an amazing web presence, recognizable brand, great reputation, top notch customer reviews, and a highly-trained in-house call center to provide our sales representatives the best sales opportunities in the industry.
In this role, you will receive pre-set, pre-qualified appointments. You will be responsible to meet with customers in their homes, assessing their needs for bathroom transformation and providing solutions to satisfy those needs from a wide selection of 5 Star Bath’s proprietary solutions. This is a 1099 contractor position.

What You Will Do:
- Conduct in-home consultations with potential clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable products. No cold calling or door knocking. All appointments are pre-set and pre-qualified.
- Present and demonstrate products effectively to close sales and meet targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless order processing and installation.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns promptly.
- Travel within sales territory to appointments (South Jersey)

Qualifications:
- Highly motivated, focused and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Prior sales experience, with a preference for experience with direct selling to consumers. In home sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to understand customer concerns and translate this into business solutions the business can offer.
- Positive and Optimistic attitude. Negative attitudes will not be tolerated.
- Ability to work between Monday-Saturday
- Must have reliable transportation, strong time management and organizational skills
- Technologically proficient, including e-mail, tablets, smartphones, applications, etc.
