Key Responsibilities :
Program Development and Leadership :
- Design, implement, and manage tennis and pickleball programs for all skill levels, from beginner to advanced players.
- Develop engaging lesson plans, clinics, camps, and competitive opportunities for junior players.
- Foster a fun, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for youth athletes.
