We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role involves both inside and outside sales responsibilities, focusing on developing new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Build Relationships: Establish trust and rapport with clients to understand their flooring needs and provide tailored solutions.
Prospect and Develop: Actively seek out and engage potential customers through lead generation and referrals.
Customer Experience: Guide clients through the sales process, from initial consultation to installation, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Achieve Goals: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate: Work closely with our internal teams, including project managers and installers, to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with the latest flooring trends, products, and competitors in the market.
Qualifications:
Proven track record in sales, preferably in flooring, home improvement, or a related industry.
Strong work ethic with a self-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build relationships and handle client concerns professionally.
Ambition to grow and thrive in a results-oriented environment.
Basic proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
