What Will You Do As A Client Services Associate?
- Work directly with our valued clients to gain a comprehensive understanding of their products and service offerings
- Initiate communication with customers on our clients’ behalf to provide personalized recommendations based on their needs
- Conduct research to identify market trends and business opportunities to ensure our clients’ success
- Manage confidential customer information and sales contracts, ensuring accurate organization in our POS system
- Assist in the training and development of new Client Services Associates to ensure a thorough understanding of company operations and goals
- Negotiate sales contracts, upsell products when appropriate, and close deals with confidence to meet or exceed company and client goals
What Do You Need to Succeed As A Client Services Associate?
- 0-3 years of experience in Client Services, Account Management, Customer Service, or a related field is preferred
- Meticulous organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence when negotiating sales contracts and closing business deals
- Professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with customers, clients, and teammates
- Background in public speaking or presentation skills is a plus
- Ability to reliably commute and meet directly with clients and customers as needed
