Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
- Ensure high standards of guest services are maintained at all times.
- Oversee the night audit process and ensure accurate reporting of daily financial transactions.
- Develop and implement effective revenue management strategies to maximize profitability.
- Maintain a strong presence in the hotel, interacting with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to foster a positive work environment.
- Monitor hotel operations to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote hotel services and enhance brand visibility.
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to handle guest inquiries and reservations efficiently.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of front desk operations, including night audit procedures.
- Strong understanding of the P&L and effectively managing expenses.
- Excellent guest service skills with the ability to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Proficient in revenue management techniques and strategies.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with guests and staff.
