FOCUS Inc is seeking a Community Based Mental Health Program Manager to work in the mental health field. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing the Mental Health Skill Building program. The exact starting figure will be based on education and experience.

POSITION QUALIFICATION:
At least three years of clinical experience with adolescents, and adults in the mental health field.
MUST have Bachelors degree in Human Services field
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages day to day operations of mental health skill building program
- Conducts interviewing for QMHP-A's
- Acts in marketing role to build and maintain relationships with referral sources and other community
- Collaborates with billing department to check client eligibility, authorizations, and claim submissions. Funding sources include Medicaid, CSA and other insurance
- Provides oversight and supervision to QMHP-A's in order to assist with caseload management, organization of caseload staff productivity, quality and integrity of documentation professionalism and professional development
- Facilitates weekly treatment team meetings and monthly all staff meetings
- Develops and presents orientation and ongoing training to staff
- Collaborates with Program Director and Clinical Director to ensure all documentation is in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Assigns cases and approves transfers and discharges
- Appraises staff performance and recommends and implements disciplinary/corrective action as necessary
- Assists staff throughout the day and week as needed via phone and email
- Remains available to assist with crisis intervention
