We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment while providing support to various departments. As an Office Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for Customers, vendors, and other employees, making your role crucial in creating a positive impression of our organization.
Duties
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Post time for technicians
- Process invoices for all departments in operating system and distribute
- Assist with dispatch/ schedule for technicians
- Assist with parts look ups/ calls
- Put stock away in parts room
- Answer phones
- Open mail
- Provide clerical support including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Work closely with all staff
Skills
- Microsoft office experience
- Excellent clerical skills with attention to detail in documentation and record keeping.
- Strong overall office management skills to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency with phone systems for effective communication
You must be able to sit at a desk for extended periods of time during the workday, answer phones, use office equipment, typing and computer knowledge is a must. Be able to lift up to 30lbs.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
