ASSISTANT ADMINISTRATIVE AND ACCOUNTING
Job description
* Administrative / Accounting assistant.
* Experience in administrative practices and processes.
* Multifamily Property Management experience a plus.
* Bilingual English/Spanish
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage reports related to accounting and office operations.
- Handle administrative task such as answering calls, managing emails, and maintaining files.
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations
Requirements:
- Experience in administrative and accounting roles preferred.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office, Excell.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsabilidades:
