Fortner Insurance Agency, Inc. is looking for a Full Time Customer Service Representative to service and expand our Personal Lines book of business
Job responsibilities but not limited to:
- Answer & direct phone calls
- Gather new customer information and enter into management system
- Prepare quality submissions to carriers on behalf of client or prospect
- Review and analyze quotations received from carriers
- Review and process newly issued policies for accuracy before delivery to clients
- Gather claim information to report to the carrier
- Prepare and issue Certificates of Insurance and/or Evidence of Property
- Respond to customer contacts received via incoming calls, internet, email, or mail in a professional manner
- Job Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Insurance
- Able to multi-task with Strong time management skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in a Management System – Applied Preferred
- Experience working with outlook email
License/Certification:Benefits:
