Four Paws Animal Clinic is currently seeking an outstanding, people-oriented Client Service Representative to join our team!
The Ideal Candidate:
Has experience with a focus on client services and satisfaction. They must maintain a professional demeanor, providing excellent customer service always. Veterinary experience is a plus, but not required. The ideal candidate will have a positive, can-do attitude, strong communication skills and a passion for serving the needs of pet owners!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Client communications and education
- Performing reminder calls
- Excellent phone and fax communications
- Maintaining proper documentation in the computerized medical record
- Managing record requests between referring veterinary clinics and specialty practices
- Acting as a liaison between clients, referring veterinarians, and co-workers
- Proficient in all the clinic's protocols
Requirements:
- Previous relevant experience desirable
- Excellent communication skills
