Looking for administrative assistant to do accounting and other work associated with running a small retail business. Working knowledge of Quick books and Excel is necessary. Accounting experience, and ability to manage and schedule service techs essential. Hourly pay and sales commission offered. We are 70 year old retail store that also offers service and delivery of our products. This person must have good people skills, communication skills, computer skills and accounting skills. This person will work closely with business owner, service techs. and customers. Great potential for upward mobility. This applicant has opportunity to move into business management after a year of experience with the business. On the job training provided. Web management skills a plus but not essential. If you are self motivate, a problem solver and willing to try new things this is a great job for you.

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
