WHAT YOU’LL DO
The Membership Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the membership program, including retention, engagement, and administrative support. This role involves maintaining accurate membership records, processing renewals and new member applications, and fostering positive relationships with current and prospective members. The Membership Manager will work closely with the Resort Leadership teams to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all members.
Additional responsibilities will include, but not limited , to the following:
Membership Retentio n:
Develop and implement strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.
Monitor and analyze membership trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Assist in the creation and distribution of membership marketing materials, including brochures, email campaigns, and social media posts.
Member Services & Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all member inquiries and concerns.
Provide excellent customer service by responding to emails, phone calls, and other communication in a timely and professional manner.
Organize and conduct member outreach efforts to strengthen engagement and satisfaction.
Database & Record Management:
Maintain an up-to-date membership database, ensuring accurate records of member information and activity.
Process new member applications, renewals, and cancellations, and ensure timely and accurate billing.
Generate and provide regular reports on membership status, renewals, and trends.
Event Support:
Coordinate and promote member-exclusive events, including networking opportunities, workshops, and social gatherings.
Assist in event planning logistics , including registration, invitations, and communications .
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative assistance to senior leadership and other departments as needed.
Prepare and distribute membership-related correspondence, including welcome packets and renewal reminders.
Membership Benefits Management:
Monitor and ensure the proper delivery of member benefits and services.
Collaborate with vendors and partners to provide exclusive discounts or benefits to members.
This is a Full-time position reporting to our Director of Golf. Hours will be based on business needs with occasional evening and/or weekend work for events and special initiatives may be required .

WHAT TO BRING
Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field (e.g., marketing, communications, business administration).
2 years of experience in membership management, customer service, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in database management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Experience in event planning or coordination is a plus.
Familiarity with membership management software (e.g., Wild Apricot, MemberClicks , etc.).
Experience with social media and email marketing platforms.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
