What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Utility Inbound position at Four State Trucks?
Inbound Utility:
Complete forklift and picker certifications
Trained on Acumatica (ACM) Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Complete the On Boarding/Ever Boarding within 30 days of hire
Technically proficient in all aspects of receiving shipments, product put away and other task as assigned
· Receiving Functions
o Offload of inbound shipments
o Bill Of Lading (BOL) verification for correct quantity, unit of measure (UM) and condition
o Pack List verification for all items listed
o Documentation of items received and quantity
o Document and report Receiving Discrepancies (quantity, condition or UM) and report all to the Receiving Lead or Inbound Manager
o Label items as needed if bar codes are not available or not scannable
o Labelling shipments to reflect status of the receiving process
o Staging verified shipments in the correct receiving bins
o Document and submit receiving documents for the completed verifications to the Inbound Manager, Receiving Lead or the Accounting Office for the receipt of goods
· Put away functions
o Complete the put away of product as assigned by the Inbound Manager
§ Receiving Priority report
§ First Out (FIFO)
§ As directed by the Inbound Manager
o Report put away completion and issues to the Inbound Manager
o Trained on Receiving bins and item research in ACM
o Preparation of Bin Count documentation
o Complete bin counts for discrepant items as needed and report findings to the Inbound Manager
o Complete the put away of returned items (RTN) from the retail (RTL) store
o Complete the pt away of items transferred from RTL to the warehouse (RTC) to fill open sales orders
· Other Task as Assigned
o Trained on operation of cardboard baling equipment
o Assist with off loading of Returns Management Authorization (RMA) items
o Assist with RMA items inspections
o Assist with RMA re-packaging as needed
o Assist with RMA items restock
o End Of Day checklist task
o Warehouse cleanup
o Trained on Saturday Catalog Transfer to Retail (CTR) – 8 week rotation schedule
Hours are 5:00am to 2:00pm Mon-Fri, every 8th Saturday: 9am to 3pm
