Our client, a rapidly growing nutritional supplement company in Salt Lake, is looking for a skilled Quality Engineer to play a crucial role in ensuring their products meet the highest quality and regulatory standards. You'll support various quality management functions including risk management, supplier quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Risk Management: Oversee risk assessment, control, communication, and review processes.
- Supplier Quality Management: Qualify vendors, update regulatory documentation, and validate processes and equipment.
- Product Quality Reviews: Analyze data for quality metrics and support MRB decisions.
- Regulatory Compliance: Assist with training, risk management activities, and document development.
- Auditing and Improvement: Conduct quality audits, support supplier development, and lead CAPA projects.
- Complaint Management: Investigate internal complaints and root causes.
- Documentation: Create and review SOPs, maintain training systems, and ensure compliance with cGMP requirements.
- Collaboration: Work with production and customer service to ensure timely project completion.
Qualifications:
- Degree in a scientific field or equivalent analytical experience.
- Knowledge of GDP, cGMP, and GLP.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements (21 CFR 111, 21 CFR 117, GLP).
- Experience within nutraceuticals and TGA or MHRA is a plus.
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
