One of our Retail Client is seeking a Web Analytics specialist to join the Customer Insights & Data Science team, with a particular focus on analytics implementation and project management.
This role will be responsible for day-to-day development and delivery of the analytics specifications for web and native app (iOS) properties, leading partners, gathering and translating business requirements, leading ongoing optimizations and developing new and innovative analytics.
You will partner with multi-functional teams to deliver integrated data collection solutions where needed and work closely with the Retail Online Data Science team to advance analytics measurement and instrumentation.
You should be comfortable supporting, collaborating and communicating with engineering and product teams and have a demonstrated ability to build solid working relationships through active listening, delivering promised results, and establishing trust. To be successful in this position you should be a self-starter; driven and accountable, with a positive outlook. Be curious, ready to learn and evolve, and eager to develop strategic partnerships across Analytics, Data Science and other business organizations by delivering innovative data solutions. Education BS / BA or equivalent experience in relevant field.
Key Qualifications : -
- You have advanced knowledge of Adobe Analytics and associated Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions.
- You are able to balance multiple projects and assignments.
- You have experience working with analytics and data science teams to drive data informed decision making.
- You have experience working with different tag management solutions, including direct to-page JavaScript implementation.
- You have in-depth knowledge of digital analytics, measurement and methodologies.
- You have a great understanding of how digital properties are implemented and led at a global scale.
- You are a self-starter who can take a project from start to finish with minimal direction.
- You have the flexibility to deal with rapidly changing, time-constrained launch schedules.
- You are highly thorough, organized, and patient.
