The Nurse Liaison follows up on hospital referrals, evaluates residents for proper placement, explains the facility s services, and maintains and develops referral sources.Requirements :
- Valid Wisconsin RN or LPN license
- Two years experience in assisted living, senior housing, or senior healthcareby Jobble
