Job Duties
- Responsible for managing day to day activities of the customer service department
- Orients team to bank policies and procedures, clearly communicating job duties and responsibilities so individuals may proceed with certainty in the performance of their positions
- Create a high-performance team by individually coaching each team member to develop skills and abilities aimed at achieving personal and team goals
- Provide superior customer service by being professionally helpful, curious, and courageous
- Proactively maintain a high degree of knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services
- Consistently make customer introductions to banking partners to grow depository, lending, investment, treasury management and trust relationships
- Lead the Crosslake retail team including scheduling, 1-1's and training
- Responsible for retail compliance for Crosslake location
- Open deposit accounts and provide excellent service for our retail customers
- On-site go-to for facilities management and office management of the Crosslake location

- Previous banking experience (required).
- Leadership experience.
- A high level of professional communication, attention to detail, and technical skills are required to provide quality service.
- Must be able to accept and provide strong coaching and feedback.

Education/Experience Requirements
- High school diploma, post-secondary degree preferred
Salary range for this role is $43,000 to $58,000 annually depending on experience.
