Service Assistant
In this role you will :
- Welcome and acknowledge each and every guest with a smile, make eye contact, and use a friendly verbal greeting.
- Deliver made to order, quality food to each guests table.
- Make suggestions on dessert and specialty custard items
- Assist in marking special occasions by delivery birthday or anniversary cards.
- Serve beverage and dessert orders
- Assist guests with loyalty app usage
- Keep Guest Areas clean and stocked
- Assist in prep side work during slower periods
- Complete any beginning or closing shift duties.
Requirements :
This position has a fixed rate of 11.00 and is also eligible to receive tips. Additional details regarding tips will be made available during onboarding.
