We are currently seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Customer Service Professional to assist our valued customers with their firearm needs.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing expert guidance and advice on firearm selection, accessories, and related products.
• Assist customers with purchasing decisions by understanding their needs and recommending appropriate firearms based on their preferences, experience, and budget.
• Demonstrate product features and provide accurate information about firearm specifications, safety guidelines, and usage techniques.
• Process firearm sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that products are appropriately stocked and displayed.
• Continuously expand your knowledge of firearms, ammunition, and related products to stay up to date with industry trends and provide the best customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
• Uphold strict safety protocols to ensure the well-being of customers and staff.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in a firearm-related environment, is highly desirable.
• In-depth knowledge of firearms, including various types, calibers, and manufacturers.
• Familiarity with firearm accessories, optics, ammunition, and relevant safety practices.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with customers of diverse backgrounds and levels of firearm experience.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and multitask effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in handling transactions and paperwork.
• Familiarity with relevant federal, state, and local laws pertaining to firearms and their sales (knowledge of BATFE regulations is a plus).
• Must be at least 21 years old and legally eligible to handle firearms and ammunition.
