We are looking for Occupational Therapy Assistants to join our Home Health Company.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Performs services planned, delegated, and supervised by the Occupational Therapist
- Participates in educating and training the patient and family or caregivers
- Assists in preparing clinical notes and progress reports
- Must be able to communicate instructions to the patient
- Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, caregivers, and also the home care staff
- Participates in patient case conferences
- Maintains confidentiality of all patient, employee and Agency matters
- Submits documentation within required time frame
- Able to work under pressure and handle multi-task functions
- Must be able to deal effectively with people
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
- Licensed as an occupational therapy assistant in the State of Florida.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $60.00 per hour
