What you'll do as a member of this team:
- Lead the coordination of onboarding for new employees
- Assist in administration of performance management system (PerformYard)
- Maintain employee information in HRIS system (Paychex)
- Manage digital and physical employee personnel files according to policy and legal requirements
- Completion of employment verifications, unemployment claims, and Job Status Change letters
- Organizing historical employee compensation and performance data to be used in performance management and compensation evaluations
- Help lead and provide insight to company engagement efforts regarding surveys and feedback
- Assist in planning of company events and maintaining a positive and productive culture
- Grow and learn in your career as a human resources professional
We are looking for:
- 0-3 years of experience in HR or relevant role/education
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be U.S. Citizen
