Fusion CX (FKA Ameridial Inc) is seeking Customer Service Associates to join our team.
The customer service representative will provide live support to cardholders to answer questions and provide needed services answering cardholder customer service inquiries on their payment card and benefits accounts. These inquiries will include but not be limited to transaction history, card status, balance inquiries, etc. The customer service representative will take appropriate actions on accounts to assist cardholders.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and computer navigation skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers.
- Experience working with a mature adult population (65 )
- Ability to effectively translate complex information
- Data Entry Skills
- Ability to forge strong relationships by creating connections through multiple touchpoints
- Excellent problem-solving skills
*Requirements:*
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Type 40 wpm
- Must pass pre-employment testing
