Responsible for handling calls from new and existing customers regarding a variety of requests. Use knowledge of products or services as well as great customer service skills to address issues, provide support, and offer information.

This position would be Monday through Friday 9-6 with occasional Saturday work as business necessitary
Experience :
Knowledge of consumer service practices and principles
Good communication skills and professional personal presentation
Must possess problem solving approach
Organizing, planning, and customer service oriented
Great attention to detail and stress tolerance
Fast-paced environment with an established company that's growing rapidly
